Ive been pretty happy with this program. Ive had no crashing problems. I MUCH prefer the confirmation mechanism over how other Go games work. The AI is tactically way better than I am, but I have found some patterns were I can beat it consistently. For a beginner learning life and death patterns, it seems fine. It would be nice if one could set handicaps.

The computer player always makes the perfect move, he always starts first, does not ever place poor placement. If you are trying to learn the game as a pass time, dont use this app. Have never been more frustrated at a game that defines its "Easy" mode as unbeatable to the average user.

Along with the computer mode bug in two player mode when both players pass the same bug happens

It crashes a lot within the first 6 moves.

Exactly what you need. No problems to speak of. Only complaint is the computer is quite challenging for a new player like myself. Needs an easier setting than easy.

Having to confirm each move gets annoying. Otherwise, this game seems best for intermediate players (unlike myself ^^)

Great smooth game!

I am a beginner Go player. I play on Easy and find it way to difficult to play. I switched to Medium to see the difference and there was not any. The game just took a little longer to play. Too frustrating and no guides to help you learn and improve

Played two games, crashed in the middle of both games on my iPhone 6s

Very good play

It is go, it plays, and I like it. It is the game and the only free app I can find to play go for free. Other apps may have better ai and more features, but you cant beat the price.

Its great just what i was looking for but the computer is crazy hard. My friend, who is incredibly good, said tgat the computer is highly advanced( but he still beat it) he said that the computer was atleast 15k. And he was 12K. But it was set on easy! So for youre next update can u make a setting that is for beginners, like new to the game beginners. I just started playing GO and am really good( for a beginner) so help????

Been playing GO off and on for years now,and the things I dont like are,you cant choose black or handicap game,beginner level is more like expert level. How do you make Go easy right? Lol! Well it is fun and free though,and this advanced version should make you a better player in no time!!!

I cannot beat the AI, even on easy. Its a great app, but that runs the experience.

Player always plays white. No handicap possibilities. This is for experienced players only. Beginners need not apply. Even at easy setting the game is almost impossible to beat. Since most iPhone Go players are most likely not experienced or very good players and want this app to learn the game this is a wasted app. In the trash with it.

Stupid app useless for beginners not for those who want to learn the game

I wish it was easier for someone whos brand new and trying to learn. It has three settings of difficulty: easy, medium, and hard but even easy is hard. I guess its not bad if youre all ready experienced though
